The food was wonderful, the ambiance pleasant and talk friendly. The service seemed good, but they rushed between courses, no sooner did the plate seem empty they took it away, and without missing a beat, next course. Too fast for compfort. At the end of the main course brought out desert, and did not bother to ask if coffee or tea was desired. At these prices, service should be impeccable.

High quality cuisine in a sophisticated setting. However, staff is too easily overwhelmed merely because the restaurant is full.

A bit precious for my taste (simultaneous raising of everyone's entree covers), but you certainly can't quibble with anything else. Outstanding!

Very impressive. The dinner rolls were light, with a terrific crust, and the butter was even delivered at room temp. The fish we had was fresh -- almost "just" caught -- and the service was very solicitous. Terrific date place -- whether it's a first "important" date; or with your spouse for a romantic night out.
