Went when it was Capriccio’s. Good food and company but great view. It’s nicer to visit during the summer or fall (foliage is nice to look at from their big windows). Staff provided us with complementary strawberries and champaign for our 2nd anniversary.

food decent but nothing to rave about. Place was empty when we arrived. Wait staff excellent after a rocky start. Lovely place, with magnificent view as there is enough light to see.

The food is still mostly excellent, but the menu was more appealing when the restaurant was still called Capriccio. Service is now less formal, which some people find an improvement (I don't, but it remains excellent). The view of the Croton reservoir is still worth almost any price.

Great views, superior food, solid service, and prices that seem like a good value. Even better value if you wait for frequent special events.

Overall service was good, except for geting the check. Eveything is a la carte so even sides are extra.
